Mia joined FSN Capital in 2019. Prior to that, she worked for more than 5 years at the software company RIB as Executive Assistant. She has a broad experience as Project Assistant from when she was working at Leith Society and Ramboll Management Consulting. Mia was also a commercial trainee at the Royal Danish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

She holds an M.Sc. in Business and Corporate Communications from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Roskilde University with exchange studies at the University of East London Cass School.
