Green Landscaping (“Green”), a portfolio company of FSN Capital III, has expanded its Stockholm presence by joining forces with Miljöbyggarna.
Miljöbyggarna is a leading regional landscaper in Stockholm, Sweden, which offers maintenance and light construction services to clients from five sites across the region. The company has seen strong growth during the past years due to successful tendering and development efforts. Today, Miljöbyggarna has a strong position in the region, especially within the municipal and municipal housing segments. In 2009, the company had total revenues of SEK 85m.
As from August 2010, Miljöbyggarna is a wholly owned subsidiary within the Green group. Tony Olsson, CEO and owner of Miljöbyggarna since 1995 will remain with the company and has reinvested in Green. The acquisition is the fifth since inception of the group, following the acquisitions of Jungs, Qbikum, M&T Sjunnesson and ISS Landscaping (Sweden) in 2009.

Simultaneously, Hans Josefsson will assume the role of CEO of Green. Mr. Josefsson has previously served as Business Unit Manager within Coor and has a solid background in industrial management and consulting. Kim Sjunnesson will remain a major shareholder and board member of Green.
