Mr. Jabet joined FSNC in 2008 and is currently pointman and on the board of VITA and Fitness World. He was leading the succsessfull exit of Vizrt (2015). Prior to joining FSN Capital, he worked in Lazard’s Nordic M&A advisory team in Stockholm. Previously, he worked with M&A advisory and private equity fundraising at Keystone Advisers. Mr. Jabet holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology and an B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Lund University in Sweden.
Mr. Welo joined FSN Capital in 2011 and is responsible for our operations and investor relations functions. Prior to this, Mr. Welo was Head of Operations at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was employed since 2002 in several roles (Consultant, HR Country Manager, and Head of Nordic HR). In his previous career, Mr. Welo was an Executive Officer (Commander) at The Royal Yacht (Kongeskipet Norge). Mr. Welo has been with the Navy and Army for almost 13 years, including Naval Academy. He holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
Eskil Koffeld – Promoted to Investment Manager
Mr. Koffeld joined FSN Capital in May 2015 and is currently on the board of PM retail. Prior to this, Mr. Koffeld was at ABG Sundal Collier, where he worked in the Investment Banking Team. He holds an MSc. in International Business from HEC Paris, and graduated with Highest Honours. He also holds an BSc. in Economics and Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). During his studies, he conducted internships at Deloitte Consulting and Procter & Gamble.
Kristoffer Stensholt Feet – Promoted to Associate
Mr. Feet joined the FSN Capital team in January 2015, and has been involved in the execution of Roplan and portfolio support at VITA. Prior to this, he graduated from Stockholm School of Economics with an MSc. in Finance. He also finished an BSc. in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School with exchange studies at Boston College. During his studies, he conducted internships at Accenture, Deloitte and EY within management consulting and transaction advisory services.
New Investment Professionals
Niclas Thiel – Investment Director
Mr. Thiel will join the FSN Capital team in April 2016. Prior to this, he was an investment professional at Bain Capital in London for three years, and has in total eight years’ experience of working in investment and investment banking roles (Investor AB and Carnegie). He holds an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. During his studies, he conducted internships at the Swedish Trade Council/Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam and Lehman Brothers in London.
Simon Larsson – Associate
Mr. Larsson will join the FSN Capital team in April 2016. Prior to this, he was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in London. He also has experience from Cinven, Citigroup and Nomura. He holds an BSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
