Information to our investors

The investor relations team at FSN Capital maintains close relationships with limited partners of the FSN Capital Funds. FSN Capital hosts regular conference calls and meetings to give an update on the performance in our current portfolio companies of FSN Capital Funds, new investments and exits in the Funds. We strive to respond swiftly to all requests for information.

The Fund Administrator in Jersey, Aztec Financial Services, provides existing investors in the FSN Capital Funds with quarterly financial reports including capital accounts, fund accounts, key company financials and a detailed valuation of the whole portfolio. FSN Capital follows the recommendations in The International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (IPEV Guidelines)

The annual investor meeting takes place in September. Here we discuss the performance of FSN Capital Funds’ investments and portfolio companies’ annual results. The Advisory Board with key investors represented meets twice a year. FSN Capital also gives limited partners the opportunity to meet the investment team in person and question them in depth.

FSN Capital complies with the DVCA, NVCA and SVCA guidelines for information on our website.

Aztec Financial Services (Jersey) as the Fund Administrator forms part of the investor relations team and is main point of contact for existing investors in the FSN Capital Funds.
