Peter has more than 30 years of general management experience from Radiometer Medical. After being acquired by Danaher in 2014, Peter was CEO of Radiometer of 11 years, where Radiometer fully embraced Danaher Business System and accelerated growth and profitability significantly. The results were achieved by a strategic effort to expand product offering, expand geographic coverage as well as strong operational improvements. Peter stepped down as CEO in 2015, but continues to be Chairman of Radiometer and work on global strategic projects for Danaher. In addition Peter has board seats in a numbers of larger Danish companies.

At FSN Peter is focused on helping FSN develop FSN Execution Framework (FEF), leading to strong processes for strategic planning, execution and organizational assessment, with the aim of accelerating the transformational value creation in the companies acquired and in FSN itself.

Peter has an MBA from Harvard Business School and worked 3,5 years in marketing positions in the US within medtech.
