Mykhailo Sydorenko joined FSN Capital in 2022. Prior to this, he worked for 4 years in Audit and Advisory for Baker Tilly and KPMG in Munich, where he acquired relevant experience working with a range of clients to review consolidated and individual financial statements for accuracy and compliance with German and international accounting standards, laws and regulations. In addition, he gained valuable experience working on various advisory projects including, financial modeling, IFRS conversions, consolidations, assistance with questions of management and auditors, as well as clarification of specific issues, conception and implementation of solutions for integrated financial planning and financial reporting.

Mykhailo holds an MBA degree from the University of Roehampton in London, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics of Enterprise from Kyiv National Economic University. He has also done a program at the EU Business School in Munich. During his MBA studies, he conducted internships in corporate and investment banking at UniCredit Bank in Munich and in financial planning & analysis at General Electric Healthcare in Munich.
